FV4006 Apartments Real Estate Agency is ideally located on-site providing 7.30 am to 7.30 pm, 7 days a week property management at the FV4006 Apartments reception. Tenants love the ease with which they can do business with us, in person, 7 days a week.  

We are a small family-owned business run by two sisters, Deb and Donna, one of whom lives on site.   We purchased the business in mid-2019 and have been working tirelessly since then to improve the on-site experience for our guests and tenants.   We thoroughly enjoy our long-term tenants, short-term guests, and overnight guests.   We like to think we can meet anyone’s accommodation needs, providing we have vacancies of course.   We have a significant number of guests who come back again and again, booking on www.FV4006Apartments.com.au to get a good deal.  We enjoy finding out what they have been doing since the last time they visited.  

Our number one focus is to give good old-fashioned customer service and to work with our tenants and guests to make our community an enjoyable place to live.   Everyone is welcome.  When not looking after our guests, tenants, or building. We are continually improving and beautifying our facilities. 

We are ideally located in the centre of Brisbane’s thriving Fortitude Valley where everything from the bustling business center. Exceptional dining choices, entertainment establishments, and trendy shopping malls are easily accessible with walking distance, or to go further afar the train station is 2 blocks away.
